A new mystery on 4003 Art Blakey / 9M mark without Earmark/P

First I hope you are doing fine

I am posting because I am educating myself on identifying original Blue Note Pressing for 4003

I came accross a mysterious case: one Mono RP 4003, Art Blakey Moanin

Side 1 with RVG and 9M Symbol and no "P/earmark" Symbol

Side 2 with RVG and "P/earmark" Symbol

How could it be possible? 9M is "Blue note" Code for Plastylite but Plastylite is Always with "P/earmark"

Please save me from bing sent to the nut house on that one ;-)
